If you are happy with our proposal, you should check available flights and make your flight bookings. Once you inform us of your arrival and departure dates, we’ll then book your accommodation and services according to your arrival and departure dates. 

Deposit 20-25 % from the total amount will be requested to confirm your program. Payment can be made via Bank Transfer, Credit Card or Pay Pal account.

Rest payment can be settled when you arrive in Jordan or Egypt. We accept cash (USD or Euros) or credit cards (Visa and MasterCard).

Please note that there is a 5% surcharge on all credit card payments or PayPal.

All reservations should be made and confirmed by email in advance. After we receive your deposit and confirmation via email, along with your flight information, we will begin booking your hotels. We can provide hotel confirmation numbers for your reference.

Your personal information and credit/debit card details will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

In response to any legal process or as otherwise required by law. In such cases we reserve the right to raise or waive any legal objection.

To investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal or suspected illegal activities; to protect and defend the rights, property, or safety of our company or this website, our customers, or others; and in connection with our Terms of Service and other agreements.

Halino Travel operate with our client’s privacy and confidentiality first. Only in the circumstances outlined above will any of your personal information be shared with other entities or third parties.

The protection of your information

We are dedicated to protecting your personal information. Only our employees who manage your account will have access to your personal information and only when they are performing business tasks. We use MacAfee Security software to encrypt personal information within our system. This software uses firewalls and detection systems to deny access to your information by unauthorized third parties.

Day tours can be cancelled up to 2 days before the day of the tour and we will refund you the full amount you have paid.

For tours with overnight stays the following scale of charges applies:

15+ Days before the trip – 100 % refund                              

8 – 14 Days before the trip – 50% refund                                          

0 – 7 Days before the trip – no refund

Cancellation policy for peak season:
Peak seasons are Christmas, new year, and Easter holidays, and they usually have higher price rates and different cancellation policy than the regular times of the year:

21+ Days before the trip – 100 % refund                              

15 – 20 Days before the trip – 50% refund                                          

0 – 14 Days before the trip – no refund

Jordan Covid 19 Travel Advisories:

Jordan entry regulations are changing frequently. Starting 01.03.2022, All Passengers are required to visit   https://www.gateway2jordan.gov.jo/form/  portal prior departure, complete the required form, and obtain the QR code which is mandatory to be presented prior boarding and upon arrival (This Regulation was recently suspended).

Egypt Covid 19 Travel Advisories:

There is no requirements or Health restrictions for entering Egypt during this time.

Unfortunately, we don’t issue any flight tickets. We will assist and advise you the best we can when buying your ticket.
